Dr. Victor is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist and Fellowship Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon. An Oculoplastic Surgeon is an Ophthalmologist who has undergone additional fellowship training to surgically treat eyelids. Dr. Victor has performed thousands of eyelid procedures in his 40 years of practice and understands the functional relationship between the eyelids and vision.
Dr. Victor has handled many expert witness cases over the last 15 years involving the diagnosis and treatment of various eye and eyelid conditions. He has provided expert opinions and testimony for both the plaintiff and defense. His services have been utilized in a wide range of matters including malpractice, occupational and accident issues.
The most common eyelid procedures performed by Dr Victor include Blepharoplasty and Ptosis, both of which are forms of droopy eyelid. In addition, he has treated Entropion (inward turned eyelids,) Ectropion (outward turned eyelids,) and surgical removal of Benign Lesions and Eyelid Skin Cancers.
