An Oculoplastic Surgeon is an Ophthalmologist who has undergone additional fellowship training to surgically treat eyelids. Dr. Victor has performed thousands of eyelid procedures in his 40 years of practice and understands the functional relationship between the eyelids and vision.
Dr. Victor has handled many cases over the last 15 years involving the diagnosis and treatment of various eye and eyelid conditions.
